Meet the Local Team

Sarah Sleppy is the Assistant Clinical Director of our Jonesboro, AR location at DASH ABA. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the California State University, Sacramento. In addition, Sarah has a Master’s Certificate in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. Sarah’s ABA experience includes providing early intervention support to clients and families in a center-based setting.

Prior to Sarah’s work in ABA, she taught art and music education to kids for Kindergarten through 5th grade, and taught part time in the Special Education classes in those grades as well. After a spontaneous move from California to Arkansas, Sarah landed a position as an RBT and fell in love with ABA. Without hesitation, she dove all in and never looked back. Working individually with clients and families to improve their quality of life is what brings her to work each day. Getting to use her love of teaching by training staff to provide top quality services is the icing on the cake.

When Sarah isn’t working with clients, staff or families, you will usually find her with a cup of coffee in one hand and a crochet project in the other. She likes to spend time with her husband and 3 children, cuddling on the couch with her dog and 2 cats, and enjoying the outdoors by walking in her neighborhood or working in the yard.
