ABA therapy, when delivered properly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) can change lives. Highly trained Behavior Technicians work 1:1 with your child, helping them to meet their individualized goals as outlined in the treatment plan created by the BCBA. DASH is an Early Childhood ABA Specialist

Discover
Program

(ages 18 months to 3 years):
Focuses on development of essential communication and play skills primarily through naturalistic intervention. Specific teaching and reinforcement procedures are created and communicated to caregivers to foster family implemented intervention.

Adventure
Program

(ages 4 to 6 years):
Emphasizes communication and play while focus is widened to peer interaction and generalization to multiple diverse learning environments. Programs will be developed and implemented in a way to help set your child up for success in more diverse group learning environments (like school).

How Does ABA Therapy Work?

At DASH, our specialized programs address the unique needs of children and families. A comprehensive treatment plan is developed to assess each child’s individual needs. The treatment plan serves as a road map to therapy goals that are identified as milestones in your child’s program. ABA involves many techniques for understanding and changing behavior.

  • Therapy is delivered in a 1:1 setting and incorporates peers and family members as complexity of interactions increase.
  • Instruction is adapted to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Goals and programs are developed for the purpose of enhancing skills that are meaningful in each child’s everyday life.
